Lorighittas Pasta

Le Lorighittas is a typical pasta of traditional Sardinian cuisine, precisely originating from the town of Morgongiori (Mragaxòri in Sardinian), a beautiful town at the foot of Mount Arci.

Produced by the skilled hands of Morgongiorese women, it is closed in a ring with a braid motif, prepared with water and semolina flour.

Just one kilo of pasta is produced in 4 hours of skilful work to give the typical taste of traditional Sardinian pasta.

Speaking of taste, Lorighittas are produced in three flavors, the traditional one, saffron and cuttlefish ink.
