The right of withdrawal for the consumer.
The Right of Withdrawal consists in the possibility for the consumer to withdraw, within fourteen working days, from any purchase made remotely and receive a full refund of the expense incurred for the purchase without any penalty, just as provided for in Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99 which obviously also includes purchases made via the Internet.
The only expenses not reimbursed will be those of shipping, which are excluded from the discipline referred to in decree law 185/99.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by informing Murraberlla.com of the reasons.
To exercise this right, the Customer must complete and send the request form using the email with which he logged in to his reserved area and with which he made the purchase, using the form at this link.
Once the communication has been received, the office will inform the customer on how to return the purchased products, which must comply with the following provisions:
1. Anticipate the communication by e-mail to murrabella.com@gmail.com or by telephone by contacting the number +39 340 301 7575
2. After verifying that the returned products are intact in all their possible parts, Murrabella will proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid except for shipping costs, the refund will be made within 14 days of the above checks.
The right of withdrawal will not be applied if the returned product is not intact, or in other cases:
1. Lack of original packaging
2. Tampering with the packaging seals
3. Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of food which, by its nature, cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal will not be applied in the event of:
– order of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– order of sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is informed and accepts that all food products purchased on Murrabella.com are at risk of deterioration or with a rapid expiry, for these reasons,
